Very sad! He gave his all for the Nation with little respect for his Service after he left it on retirement. A stinging reminder that once you have served your country Honorably, you are destined for the scrapheap when you retire. The British Government should look at how other countries, specially the US, treat their veterans. What a disgrace. Wear RED remember everyone deployed fridays until they all come home shirt Yes, all the old veterans should be Respected, they served their Country when it was needed, none should ever be Forgotten, None should ever be Homeless, any Government should be Proud of their Selfless Action Volunteering to join the Forces, although I didn´t know you all I can say is “God Bless you for what you did”, to all your Compatriots as well

RIP to a brave soldier who tried to make the world a better place,just wish some of the younger generation could realise this instead of the violence the cause. Well done to all of the people who helped with the funeral and those that turned out, it brought a tear to my eyes. We have generations that are not attached to the wars of the 20th Century from where these brave men come from! In fact I don’t think in their history curriculums the two world wars even feature. Like everything else it has been sanitised in this very PC World we live in. We should always remember those who sacrificed their lives for our futures and what these people have done here shows there is still that “Spriit” left.
