Stitch and Toothless Autism seeing the world from a different angle shirt
She didn’t monitor the Stitch and Toothless Autism seeing the world from a different angle shirtto the med she gave and just walked away. You never ever never give Versed and walk away, she should’ve known and done better. Being busy is not an excuse. Being new is not an excuse. Having shit staffing and nurse ratios is not an excuse. That’s the part that no one can defend or argue. She could’ve made the same medication error, saw that the patient wasn’t breathing and intervened and resuscitated the patient quickly if she had stayed and monitored the patient.

Offical Stitch and Toothless Autism seeing the world from a different angle shirt
Okay so I did a little research and pulled up the Stitch and Toothless Autism seeing the world from a different angle shirt, I found only one label that warned this was a paralyzing agent and that was from March 2018, every label prior to this that I could find said only that “it could cause respiratory depression” which is what a versed label would say. The statement on the vec bottle stated it was revised in 03/2018, this was 4 months after the death of this patient. Thoughts? I am aware that vec is a paralytic but people who do not use it may not be. I don’t give unfamiliar meds without looking them up but I am certain there are nurses who don’t look them up and just do what the doctor says.
