I followed one of my dreams. I always wanted to adopt Snoopy eating Whataburger shirt and I did almost 3 years ago! My two kids have become my life. I never thought it would be this amazing! Every day I look at them and I don’t know how I got so lucky to be their mom! I think the naysayers here may have taken Sebastian Terry’s message out of context. This is the first time I’ve heard this man speak but I’ve decided it’s not going to be the last. He’s talking about setting goals, meaningful goals for ourselves. He is obviously in a position to seek out personal goals that many of us can’t, travel, marrying a stranger in Vegas, etc. But just because we are not in that position does not mean we are unable to learn how to set meaningful goals and achieve them.

Maybe our bucket list is unachievable atm. I love Snoopy eating Whataburger shirt. But we can still learn the value of setting smaller goals, of helping people achieve theirs. I’ve been fortunate enough that I’ve been able to tick off a huge number of things off my bucket list but I would love the opportunity to do what I can to help others. Okay, that can’t be financial. But I’m sure there are other things I can do. Every day I feel that if I can make someone feel better about themselves then it was worth getting out of bed that day. That’s what I’ve taken from this anyway and as I said I will now be following what this inspirational man does and how he achieves it. All entitled to their own opinion. Whatever gets you by.
