Medically speaking, stress is due to releasing too much cortisol in the bloodstream and the brain becomes foggy unable to focus and take good decisions. Adrenals become exhausted and we develop fatigue and hopelessness due to sleep deprivation or emotional overwhelm. I’ve learned the hard way.  I cannot control everything in my life. So I put my intentions in the Universe and let them go without expecting my outcome to happen.
