I would have Lady Mickey Mouse Disney shirt of all ages and experience levels. So walking past my room, mimicking my cries. I was eventually diagnosed with pancreatitis, which along with pancreatic cancer. So described as being the most painful condition known to man. I would be on meds and not allowed to eat or drink a thing other than water and ice chips for up to 6months at a time. I needed numerous operations and still now, nearly 30yrs on. But I still suffer from a lot of the pain and have ongoing issues from it all.  A lot of the staff were darn good to me, don’t get me wrong, but there were just so many of the nasty types that it really made life even worse. One of the ways to get through bad days and moments was to watch tv, play video games. Anything to take your mind off the pain. You must be faking it! There was always so many ridiculous accusations being tossed around that is was a total joke.

I don’t know how they can live with Lady Mickey Mouse Disney shirt saying that to a kid who would’ve preferred to have been. And doing anything else, rather than where I, separated from friends, family. From doing the activities everyone else my age doing, constantly poked and prodded. But cut open time and time again for more surgery. It was just ridiculous! The sad thing about this woman’s case though is that along with all of the above. Drs not seeing the symptoms clear enough when they aren’t having an episode etc. Is that MS is another one of these tougher conditions to treat. It hasn’t been one of the trendy disorders to raise money for and so, not as much research has gone into it. So not as much knowledge. And there just isn’t as much treatment for it at this point in time.
