Bullying does the effect. So words do the effect. The only difference is social media. When I was in school it was at school with pictures, and notes, and spreading untrue rumors. Still bothers me today. I have anxiety. I have been through therapy since I was a teen. Kids are cruel and mean. So I feel sorry for the kids nowadays. The media is cruel and mean too. Look what is happening in America today. Grown people becoming bullies spreading rumors because they don’t like the President. His children are being bullied his wife. So sad! Bullies are taking over! Starts in schools and never ends! I say it is time for a change.

Children need Cows if you are going to act like a turd go lay in the pasture shirt, actions hurt. Children need to teach to be kind! To help and serve others. So not be cruel and tare apart someone! I think there needs to be a course taught about anti-bullying! Also needs to be a course for parents too. Don’t go on social media and read their mean words. Or we can teach kids to feel confident in themselves, and parent kids not to treat people like this. No one should ever post mean stuff on someone’s social media! It’s horrible! My mother always told me and she still right today never write down or take any pictures of anything negative unless you want to stand up in the lunchroom at school and scream it don’t say it or do it.
