At first, Rosalía and Hunter Schafer’s senses of style don’t seem all that similar—Rosalía often favors custom or DIY streetwear outfits from emerging designers, whereas Schafer’s tastes skew a little more artsy; she’s proven a particular fan of Lou Dallas’s enchanted creations, for example. Even so, the duo clearly see eye-to-eye when it comes to independent fashion, as they’ve honed their distinct senses of style over the course of what’s undeniably become a banner year for them both.
Following Rosalía and Kylie Jenner’s meeting of the minds over mimosas in Los Angeles, Rosalía’s found yet another new fashion partner in Schafer. The duo posed close together on a couch, with Schafer’s head sweetly sitting on Rosalía’s shoulder, offering up two different versions of a similar garment. Rosalía wore a dramatic black blazer trench dress that flowed all the way down to her white heels, while Schafer wore yet another blazer dress, albeit a lavender one tailored to a much shorter length. After breakout years, Rosalía and Schafer are ready to team up—and they’re offering one last outstanding fashion moment to see out 2019.
