Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt tied the knot Saturday with professional soccer player Kealia Ohaiduring a ceremony in the Bahamas.
Watt posted wedding photos on his social media accounts with the caption, “Best day of my life. Without question.” Ohai’s former teammate with the Houston Dash, Amber Brooks, posted photos and video on her Instagram story, including one video that showed the couple dancing.
Ohai was recently traded from Houston to the Chicago Red Stars. The couple announced they were engaged in May.
It’s been a busy few weeks for the Watt family.
J.J. hosted Saturday Night Live on Feb. 1, one night before the Super Bowl, with many family members in Miami with younger brother T.J., the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker who was in the running for Defensive Player of the Year. It’s an award J.J. has won three times — tied for the most in NFL history — and his success on the field has translated into high-profile success off it, including fundraising in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

Watt played in only eight games last season after suffering a torn pectoral muscle in Week 8, though he returned for the playoffs.
