If you’re working from home and you’re only seen from the waist up, Win cody win shirt you don’t have to wear a full suit and high heels to still be looking stylish and feeling smart. The idea of wearing good clothes is that you feel good as well as look good and this means the whole outfit, not just the top half that can be seen on your video conference calls. Firstly, let’s just clarify what good means – a smart casual outfit can still be classed as good clothes, it’s not sloppy, it looks well dressed, it’s pulled together. So even if you’re working from home and you’re wearing a blazer or jacket or more refined shirt, it’s easy to pair that with a smart pair of jeans (you don’t have to wear the suit pants if you don’t want to) that are still casual but aren’t sloppy or ill-fitting or way past their prime and you wonder why you still own them. With the rise of stretch in clothing, it’s really easy now to find clothes that have some ease and stretch in them that still look smart. It may be a good pair of pants with stretch or a skirt or even a tailored pair of shorts, that as long as they go with your top half, will make a smart outfit as everything works together. You may have some ancient belief that good clothes are always uncomfortable or restrictive because maybe growing up your good clothes were uncomfortable, but it really doesn’t have to be this way with the improvement in fabric technology. Even if nobody else sees you in person, you see yourself in mirrors when you go to the bathroom, you’re still aware of what you’re wearing and if you only feel half-good, then this can affect your psyche and you may perform worse (there is research that shows that what you wear impacts on your abilities, and when you wear good clothes, you perform better cognitively on whatever task you’re doing). If you don’t want to feel sloppy or frumpy, remove all the clothes that make you feel sloppy or frumpy from your wardrobe, and let them go. Only keep what makes you feel good, that you feel good wearing, that represents your ideal style, that way, you don’t have to think about it in the morning when you get dressed, as you know everything you own is going to make you feel good. Remove any clothes that are uncomfortable from your wardrobe too, if you don’t enjoy wearing them, you won’t wear them and they’re just taking up space and making you think you have more options than you really do.

Are you in a style rut? They have been pretty common after the pandemic lockdowns as there wasn’t a need to get dressed up. Win cody win shirt Then we can get out of the habit of getting dressed up or just feeling conspicuous as everyone else is still dressing down in their activewear. The lack of being able to shop anyway but online as well has meant that many have found their wardrobe a bit lacking recently and things wear out and you haven’t been able to find a replacement. Plus last fashion season was honestly the most boring fashion season I’ve ever seen, totally uninspiring and so even if you wanted to shop unless you were after a basic, there was little else in stores. I believe that if you would define your style as being in a rut, then it will feel negative to you. It can make you feel dissatisfied, bored, bland or something else that isn’t giving you the lift you’d like and the feeling of being the stylish version of you. A style rut is different from a self-defined uniform if that way of uniform dressing makes you feel stylish. But if you’re wearing the same 2 pairs of jeans and 3 tops week in, week out and you’re not happy, then this is likely to be a style rut for you. If you’ve lost your sense of style, then this would also be defined as a style rut. Habits can be great when we apply them to things we need to do to keep us healthy – daily exercise, brushing your teeth, eating a healthy meal or two every day – all great habits. A slapdash approach to your style, or being on autopilot, reaching for the same things over and over with no thought is likely to end up as a bad habit rather than a good one, and you’ll discover yourself in rut-town pretty quickly if you approach your style in this way. Over the past few pandemic years, little in our lives has been stable. We have been living in a very uncertain world, which means we may have been reaching for the tried-and-trusted, or the same outfits day after day as we have had a low need for variety, we yearn for stability. The swing from activewear and basics to dopamine dressing, to wearing something more different is an indicator that the overly stable way of getting dressed has gone from certain, to boring, and so our human need for difference and variety is piqued. Any period of instability in our worlds, divorce, illness, changing locations, changing careers or jobs, we tend to reach for something that makes us feel more stable – something less changeable. It can be common when going through a relationship break up to make a radical change to your style, most commonly seen in radical haircuts or hair transformations as if we are shedding an old skin into a new and improved version.

Great Quality
Purchased these shirts as a gift and they were exactly what I was looking for. These shirts were comfortable, soft, and the quality of the fabric was great for the cost. The shirts fit perfectly and I will probably purchase more in the future.
