My son has autism, and if I want to sit and enjoy my meal at a restaurant and he wants my phone I’ll give it to him. Because we can and do spend time without the screen later. And I want to enjoy my meal. Maybe they don’t do it for the Teaching is a walk in the park Jurassic Park floral shirts but for them because it’s easy and convenient. Special needs or not children need social interaction.
