Do you even know what gems you have hidden in your wardrobe? Summer Solstice 2024 MidSommar The Brightest Light Casts The Darkest Shadow shirt If you’ve got items in piles that you’ve not seen the bottom of for a while, or maybe more than one item on a hanger, I bet you have some great garments that you’ve completely forgotten about because you’ve not been seeing them to think about wearing them. And don’t be afraid to let go of clothes that no longer serve you. If you’ve been holding onto a suit from your corporate days, even though you now work from home, it’s time to say goodbye. Donate it to a thrift store or pass it on to a friend who can use it. Letting go of old clothes can be liberating, and it makes room for new pieces that truly reflect who you are now. Are you truly wearing all the items in your wardrobe? Take a moment to evaluate each piece. Is it still you? Does it fit? Do you love it? Is it in good condition?. Consider the different phases or areas of your life associated with specific clothing. Are you holding onto items that no longer reflect your current lifestyle, body or colouring?. Revisit old favorites and experiment with new combinations. For instance, pair more formal jackets or blazers with jeans for a stylish twist. The next step is to shop your own wardrobe. Take a good, hard look at what you already have and make a conscious effort to wear pieces you haven’t worn in a while. You might be surprised at how fresh and exciting they feel when you wear them again. Dedicate a section of your wardrobe to explore each day. Challenge yourself to wear something different. Evaluate each piece as you wear it. Do you still enjoy wearing it? Does it make you feel confident and comfortable?. Let go of items that no longer serve you. If you realize you don’t feel great or comfortable in something, consider donating it to a thrift store where someone else can enjoy it.
Summer Solstice 2024 MidSommar The Brightest Light Casts The Darkest Shadow shirt ,hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
The spring/summer 2024 showcase was set against an uncertain economic and political backdrop, Summer Solstice 2024 MidSommar The Brightest Light Casts The Darkest Shadow shirt which may have led many designers to approach their collections with extra consideration. The customer has become more mindful too, further aware of their consumption and the downright privilege that it is to be a consumer right now. Yes, there will always be an appetite to shop, but there is a deliberate attempt to be less ostentatious about it (read: there will be far fewer logos this season). Of the trends, many carried on from previous seasons, not just the last. In addition to what Page observed above, from the palette to the prints down to finer details such as jewellery, big bags and ballet flats, it felt like we’d seen much of it all before, but this time with a renewed appeal. No big leaps were made—which is good in terms of our bank balances and wardrobes—and our editors were able to envision themselves wearing much of what they saw in their daily lives. Let’s hear it for the wide-leg trousers!. The more directional trends we did see were there to spark joy at a time when it felt like it might have been in short supply. There was a celebration of colour throughout, which could have quite easily taken over this entire trend report. Red continues to dominate, with Hermès’ designs acting as a stoic antithesis to the candy-pop looks that lined the Versace, Prada and Eudon Choi runways. There was shimmer but with a shakeup; silhouettes were stronger and the overall sweetness was distilled. Florals, for spring? They’ll never be groundbreaking, but with seismic petal proportions and blooms that jump off the toile they’re delicately attached to, there’s new life to be found in the trend that we assumed we’d seen everything from.
