Define your values Seinfeld Costanza 24 A Campaign About Nothing T-shirt, narrowing down your personal values to 2-3 core values will help you to also cultivate your own personalized style criteria. This framework will serve as your compass, allowing you to navigate through your wardrobe with clarity and confidence. If you know that you value Connection, then choosing clothes that will help you fit in to your environment will be key to your style. From there you can then define the specific elements that truly speak to your fashion identity. Is it the comfort of certain fabrics, the allure of specific colors, or the allure of particular silhouettes? By establishing your unique style criteria, you can easily distinguish the clothing pieces that authentically reflect your essence from those that don’t align with your genuine aesthetic vision. This process empowers you to curate a wardrobe that is a genuine reflection of your personal style and values. Now it’s time to start creating outfits, making changes, and auditing your wardrobe so that you have in there what speaks to you and your taste, your values, and fits your body and life. Think about what works and what doesn’t and what can be changed and renovated to make work with your personal style criteria and values. There are pieces in your wardrobe that probably exist from a previous part of your life. It’s time to figure out if it could still work for you now, or whether to let go and let someone else get the wear from them. I value sustainability and reducing waste, which is why I recently painted these boots which were black which are too dark now for most of my clothing and so are less versatile (and I love versatile clothing, it’s another element of my personal style criteria), and now they are pewter, they provide a perfect bookend for my silver hair. Rather than getting rid of a perfectly well-fitting boot and trying to find a new pair in silver (next to impossible), to me, taking a few easy steps to paint them a new colour was the simple, easy solution that brought new life into an existing item in my wardrobe. Remember, defining your personal style is an ongoing journey. Embrace the process of self-discovery, and let your unique essence shine through your wardrobe choices. If you’re seeking comprehensive guidance, my 7 Steps to Style program is designed to empower you in cultivating your authentic and captivating personal style. If you just want to get yourself on the right path, my Visualise Your Style program is a cheap and quick way to get you going.

For Jill, who prefers to control and have more stability in her style, she’ll happily plan outfits ahead of time (sometimes even months ahead for big events). Seinfeld Costanza 24 A Campaign About Nothing T-shirt Whilst people more like me (INTJ – or Intuitive types ) may find that they need more variety as they prefer to dress with their moods (and moods can change). I know that sometimes when I plan an outfit even the night before, I wake up in the morning and am no longer “feeling” that outfit so have to figure out a different outfit to wear for that day. For those of you who have a personality more similar to Jill’s (ESFJ, or any SJ – Sensing and Judging types) and as she says, they tend to prefer stability in their lives whilst SP (Sensing and Perceiving) may want much more variety in their lives. In fact, the SP types have brain patterning (according to Type and Brain researcher Dario Nardi) which he describes as the “tennis hop” pattern, where they are ready to go with the flow, whatever that direction may be and their style is often one that is ‘prepared’ for different circumstances, in a way that other types may never think about. Whilst the NP types (intuitive and perceiving) have a “Christmas Tree” brain patterning like the lights of a Christmas tree that are twinkling and so they see possibilities everywhere in their clothes and style and often can become overwhelmed easily, or find it almost impossible to let go of clothes (as there are still many possibilities they see and potential for each item), yet often the most stylish of them start to impose their own guidelines and criteria, some structure around their style to take some of that overwhelm away. In fact, Steve Jobs is an example of an NP type who wore a self-imposed “uniform” daily, and we see this as a way for him to remove one set of decisions as otherwise the endless possibilities of what to wear may have meant he’d never get on with the rest of his day. It allowed him to use his creative brain in a different space. When Jill is feeling certain and stable with her outfit and style, she then can focus on what is happening around her, and she can forget her outfit. Though she says there is an element of pure joy in putting outfits together, curating her outfit, and having stability and control over what’s in her wardrobe and how every outfit goes together.
Suzanne DAmbrosio –
Being a cat lover I couldn’t resist this t shirt. I am the proud owner of 9 mountain t shirts so this makes number 10. All mountain t shirts are made of the highest quality. They wash well, do not go out of shape, shrink or go baggy; and if washed as per instructions there is no fading of the design, also they are suitable for tumble drying at medium temperature. The design is integrated into the shirt so nothing to rub off or disintegrate. The t shirts are thick cotton and loose fitted. This design is perfect for any cat lover.
