Well, If the teachers weren’t largely really young adults straight out of there degrees this may not be such an issue. Mobile phones should have no place on a school day! They should be taken off pupils first thing in the morning and put in a safe locked area until going home time. There’s no respect today in society if they start that young then we have no hope in society and possibly lead on to worse things. Most of the teachers in my day men and women were well into there 30’s-40’s+ and generally looked like well-worn leather handbags, and they certainly did not wear much if any make-up. Older staff generally command more respect and have a broader life experience which I believe makes them better educators perhaps we need to ban pupils when the child says jump and the teacher ask how high then something is very wrong in our society.
