I think it is dependent on genes mostly, but a healthy moderation of alcohol and sweets is def a good move for everyone. An autoimmune response is when your body goes wrong and produces the wrong response. It is not caused by diet, drink, drugs or anything else.  So neither of these things is scientifically linked to anything you mention. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Certainly not from doctors, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, etc. You embarrass yourself with your lack of knowledge. You’re probably an anti-vaxxer, too.
