The blank, undecorated apparel that you pick may have a bearing on which printing method is chosen (or even possible) Meatologist Bbq Grill Barbecue Gift Shirt. Direct to Garment printing works best on 100% cotton garments and this is what we recommend. Anything less runs the risk of poor results. The ink used with DTG is water based and thinner than that used in screen printing. This has environmental advantages and also facilitates designs with greater levels of detail, but it also means that the ink may not be properly absorbed by manmade materials such as polyester.
Screen printed designs tend to be more vibrant, something that can really jump off the fabric, due to the higher opacity of some screen printing inks. And if colour matching is vital to your branded merchandise, screen printing is also the best choice. The Pantone colour system has a definite edge and is a tried and tested way of achieving the most accurately matched colours. Another aspect to consider is durability. Colours on expertly screenprinted t-shirts will last. However well done, those on DTG printed clothing will fade with washing and time – the density of ink is subject to ageing.

Worthy replacement
It was slightly smaller, but then I’m slightly bigger now after Thanksgiving. The color is an exact match to my old ones of large size, from 1979. It helped my new/old fatigues look perfect.

Good outside work T-shirt
Bought these for working in my yard. They are just the right size (XL) and length. On me, the hem is down to the bottom of the front pocket openings on my jeans and the fit is slightly loose, not figure hugging.
I’m not sure what the definition of “heavy” is supposed to be. These seem to feel slightly thicker than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom multi-pack white T-shirts you can buy at your local supermarket, but you can still easily see through them when held up to a sunny window, for example.
I waited to do this review until one shirt was washed to record the amount of shrinkage and see how the texture changed. New, they are almost silky in feel. Very nice. Once washed, they lose that and become slightly rougher, like any other T-shirt. After one wash, as shown by the photo of washed over top of new, they have lost maybe 1″-1.5″ on length, but the width change was minimal and the fit is still a loose XL. The color faded slightly also.
It’s a T-shirt and it’ll meet my intended use, but I wouldn’t say they were “special”

Looks exactly like photo it’s perfect man BUY IT you won’t regret it only thing is I bought an XL cause I was thinking get a size bigger cause it’s cotton it will shrink and it looks like a 3X but other than that sooooooo In love
