Understand the distinction between fashion and style Maintaining the fight shirt. Fashion is just one of the tools in your style toolbox; it’s not the be-all and end-all of style. Fashion is what is currently available in stores. Style is your own expression of self that you show the world through your outfit choices. Style is an expression of your identity, and it goes beyond following someone else’s formula or wearing the latest fashion trends. Style takes you into account, your body, your colouring, your preferences, whilst fashion takes none of this into account, which is one of the reasons shopping for clothes can be so frustrating, because what fashion is serving up doesn’t relate to you and so you end up buying the “least worst” items you can find and this results in an “it’ll do” wardrobe, which is not ever going to make you feel stylish. Discover the power of a style recipe, a personalized guide for your fashion choices. It’s been described by some of my 7 Steps to Style members as their North Star, because it’s such an incredibly useful tool that assists you when you’re shopping, when you’re putting outfits together, and in fact, ideally will be a guide for everything you choose and flow across your whole life. However, creating a style recipe is challenging without a clear understanding of your identity. This is why you need to focus on getting back to basics and defining your core identity to create a style recipe that truly resonates with you. Recognize the value of a style education. This is because fashion is not going to help you, as I mentioned before fashion doesn’t take into account who you are and what you like, and what actually works for you. It’s a tool, like a hammer, which is a useful tool, but you need more than a hammer to build your style house. Style is a science that can be learned and mastered, even if you weren’t born with an innate sense of style. You don’t have to be born with style, which is fabulous, because I definitely wasn’t born with style! This is why I’m a great style educator and teacher, because I’ve struggled myself and understand many of the pitfalls that you too may be experiencing. I want you to gain confidence, enhanced self-esteem, and feel empowered to make fashion choices that align with who you are. This will give you more courage to do the things you want to do in your life. It helps you feel more comfortable standing out, or even speaking up or engaging with others as you’re not lacking confidence because you feel your style is holding you back. Your sense of style is an integral part of your self-expression. By embarking on a style education journey, you’ll discover the joy of expressing your authentic self through clothing. Remember, fashion trends may come and go, but your personal style is timeless. Embrace the opportunity to refine your sense of style and present the most amazing version of yourself to the world. I’d love to hear about your style struggles and help you find your sense of style. Together, let’s create a personal brand image that reflects who you truly are!
Maintaining the fight shirt ,hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
Analysing the biggest menswear trends from AW22 Fashion Weeks, Maintaining the fight shirt James and the buying team used their insider knowledge and Google Search data to reveal which staple items are starting to surge right now, as the cold weather starts to set in. From Top Gun-esque aviator jackets to cool Y2K cargo pants, here are the nine biggest trends expected to be everywhere in the coming months. As the weather gets colder, you’ll no doubt be on the hunt for a new coat, and shearling reigns supreme this season. Google Trends data shows an incredible 614% rise in searches in the last 12 months, with the term ‘mens shearling coat’ currently soaring. Earlier this year, Top Gun also brought shearling collard flight jackets back to our screens, suggesting fans have been taking note of the style. A shearling jacket is a timeless addition to your wardrobe, so it’s no surprise to see them on the rise this year. Not only do they keep you warm, but they are also extremely versatile. Layer over a hoodie for a casual look, or team with a chunky knit or roll-neck jumper for a smarter look. Not only that, but our experts predict faux fur trims will also make an appearance, as they stormed the AW22 catwalk. Expect to see men embrace this revamped 90’s look in the coming months. Leather and leather-look PU are key fabrics for the season, with AW22 fashion week designers giving the traditional leather jacket a whole new look. The catwalk was flooded with ‘Matrix style’ longline leather and PU coats, teamed with leather and PU trousers, as the co-ord trend takes a gothic turn this winter. Black is a key colour here, and you can expect to see a lot of it this winter, as the “Gothcore” trend will be one to watch. From sportswear to tailoring, dark colours were prevalent at the AW22 Fashion shows, with designers showcasing dark and dramatic looks. Perfect for giving mens going-out looks a fresh approach. For those looking to heat up their athleisure look, puffer jackets are another winter wardrobe staple set to soar this winter. In the last 90 days there has been a 147% increase in global Google searches for the term ‘mens puffer jacket’ with the cool, versatile coat proving to be a must-have item. This year, why not make a statement by adding a splash of colour to your puffer? Red is set to be a key colour for winter menswear, sure to set you apart from the crowd. However, if you’re not really feeling the heavy-duty look, these jackets don’t always have to be bulky. Lightweight puffer jackets look great when layered with hoodies, sweats, and scarves, and are easy to pack if you’re on the move.

Soft and great color but small to fit
Bought a medium but should have bought a large. Much smaller than expected. Letting the younger kids use them instead
Ernie Madden –
Fit my husband a little smaller than expected & the material isn’t very soft (kind of cheap feeling) but the print is great & my husband still loved it.
John Roark –
