Oh my God this is so true I’ve tried learning to make some of my mom’s recipes and I need exact amounts LOL so when she comes over to my house to show me how to make them when she says a handful of rice I make her put the handful that she grabbed into a measuring cup and then I write down how much it came out to and so on and so forth with her other ingredients lol after I’ve made them for a while then I can just eyeball it but I need an exact measurements while learning my grandma did this to me when I asked for her sweet potato pie recipe. It started off bad when she told me to get 2 or 3 potatoes it depends on the Mac Miller Kids Kickin incredibly dope shit shirt and I will know.
