The blank, undecorated apparel that you pick may have a bearing on which printing method is chosen (or even possible) Kool & The Gang The Unforgettable Music Lasts Forever shirt. Direct to Garment printing works best on 100% cotton garments and this is what we recommend. Anything less runs the risk of poor results. The ink used with DTG is water based and thinner than that used in screen printing. This has environmental advantages and also facilitates designs with greater levels of detail, but it also means that the ink may not be properly absorbed by manmade materials such as polyester.
Screen printed designs tend to be more vibrant, something that can really jump off the fabric, due to the higher opacity of some screen printing inks. And if colour matching is vital to your branded merchandise, screen printing is also the best choice. The Pantone colour system has a definite edge and is a tried and tested way of achieving the most accurately matched colours. Another aspect to consider is durability. Colours on expertly screenprinted t-shirts will last. However well done, those on DTG printed clothing will fade with washing and time – the density of ink is subject to ageing.

- Main lineships: USPS, UPS, Yun express, 4PX, Yanwen…
- For remote areas, islands (HI, AK, PR)… only the epacket/EUB lineship can reach but the shipping time is not guaranteed.
- For orders outside of the United States, shipping will take longer because of the customs procedures of each country. Estimated shipping time under normal conditions will range from 14-21 business days.!

Best t-shirts I’ve ever worn!
I love this t-shirt. I’ve read reviews where some customers said they did not feel the shirt was * heavy*, but by no means is it flimsy. I’m a chick though, so maybe guys wearing this as a work shirt need something a little thicker.
This brand also holds up MUCH better, in my opinion, to Hanes or FOTL. I have another 1 of these I refuse to throw out. Had it 3 years it held up that well and I’ve worn it a LOT. Washer and dryer over and over just makes it even better!
Ordering a bunch of these in other colors for sure.

Nice thick shirt
So I am someone who likes thicker t shirts and they seem to be harder and harder to find in stores since most shirts are becoming increasingly thin. These shirts are the perfect thickness! Thick enough to feel comfortable but not too thick to be stiff or hot. Highly recommend these!
