Now 160 pounds is not at all overweight for a grown man of average height, so he must mean 160 kilos, which would be about 336 pounds, which is very overweight.

Ummm. I don’t think 92 Kitchen closed this heifer’s had it shirt is healthy. There’s got to be a happy medium somewhere there. Though honestly, I feel so bad for what you dealt with. Please remember that food isn’t the enemy, it’s your emotional attachment to it, whichever end of the spectrum. I feel so stupid getting weepy over a story but…so much of this felt like places I’ve been in life.
