And I came to the I’m a simple woman I love sunshine dogs and cows shirt my time spent with that person was a blessing itself. Kinda like that say better to have loved and lost, than to never loved at all. I am who I am today because of that pain, that person and God’s grace. But I respect what you are saying but for my pain, God finally gave me peace. I sought it out though. I think that’s the key. So I tried a lot of other avenues, trust me when I say that. I’ve suffered everything mentioned in this thread plus some. But I had the times I did not believe or doubted. Those happened to coincide to my darkest times. Like someone mentioned above, we only like God when things are going good, we tend to blame him for all the bad things not realizing to believe in God.
