Kingteeshops : is an CA, US-based t-shirt store I can’t reead shirt. Was that too obvious? It looks like they just opened shop on August 1rd, 2018. A black t-shirt arrived in the mail last week from kingteeshops. Despite living here, this is the first t-shirt that I have reviewed from US. It’s a large black 100% cotton t-shirt. Made in US. Officially it’s a large t-shirt but it’s like a standard medium t-shirt from American Apparel. That’s the way the sizes generally run in US though and they do provide a warning.

Cost can rarely be ignored. It’s nearly always important and often a primary concern in most custom printing projects I can’t reead shirt. Put simply, production costs matter and DTG is more expensive for larger orders. Small print-runs are comparable, depending on the quantity and design, but screen printing is the most cost-effective option for higher volumes or bulk t-shirt printing. If that’s what you need and your artwork is too complex, a good designer may be able to retain the concept but amend it in a way that works for screen printing.
DTG has been a welcome addition to the garment printing world. It adds another dimension to what’s possible for specialised branding. We’ll no doubt be happily doing more of it. Our industry is no different to everything else in life – it changes and change, when handled intelligently, can be a good thing. In many ways though, DTG is still the new kid on the block and destined to remain so for the foreseeable future. Screen printing may be harder work, but when done well it delivers consistently good results. It has history on its side. That said, every printing project is unique and demands its own solution.
- Estimated shipping time under normal conditions will range from 7-9 working days. For orders within the US (During peak season, it may take 12-14 working days)
- Main lineships: USPS, UPS, Yun express, 4PX, Yanwen…
- For remote areas, islands (HI, AK, PR)… only the epacket/EUB lineship can reach but the shipping time is not guaranteed.
- For orders outside of the United States, shipping will take longer because of the customs procedures of each country. Estimated shipping time under normal conditions will range from 14-21 business days.!
Note: Please allow us 1-3 days to make a design depending on its complexity.
