When someone makes the same mistake over and over again spoke to me so much. My ex would do this constantly and when I tried to push back a little so he could learn, it was always a fight. Definitely something that’s important to recognize and to not let go on. Living in the nostalgia kept me with him so long. Thank you your Grinch stay out of my bubble Christmas shirt. I really needed to hear this. It is better to be alone than to hope/wish/pray that things will get better. If someone doesn’t treat you well and is not into being fully committed to you, there is nothing you can do to change them.

I finally realized that it wasn’t me nor my fault if he cheated and treated me like I deserved it somehow. I know that is who he is, and still is now with someone else. I grateful I finally got brave enough to stand up for myself and move on. I’m so thankful to watch Grinch stay out of my bubble Christmas shirt like this and not have any of this negative stuff impacting us. I know we have our moments and I could do better making you happy/not stressed. But the big picture stuff that matters most, we have it going the right direction for us.

But maybe if we both realize sooner what was happening on both sides it would’ve ended sooner and we would be in a better place than we are now!
