She died 39 years ago but I still remember her last words to me. She sacrificed a lot so that I could have what other kids had and my grandfather taught me the value of not spending my last dollar. He supported me in every way but one. He told me when I got engaged the first time that the guy was a loser and that it was my choice but he didn’t think he would make me happy. I listened to him and never regretted it. I really do miss my grandmother and grandfather.
