DTG works in the same way as an inkjet printer Georgia bulldogs sec conference champions 2022 signatures shirt. just like the ones in your office and home. The ink is simply applied to pre-treated fabric instead of paper. Injection printers were invented in the Fifties and were commonplace by the Eighties. It was a natural step for people to look at other applications for the technology. The first commercially available DTG printer appeared in the Nineties, invented by Matthew Rhome. Quite aptly named ‘Revolution’, it offered new possibilities – the birth of digital direct, straight to garment printing.

New brand labels can be added once the originals are removed Georgia bulldogs sec conference champions 2022 signatures shirt. Where and how will vary, dependant on the garment, the customisation involved and your specific requirements. The relabelling process starts with removing the manufacturer’s label. Either cut that out and sew your label over the stitching or unpick the seam and replace the original label with a new one. Unbranded wash care labels and size labels can also then be added.
It might well be that custom print in the neck area provides the sort of bespoke tagging feel you want. An increasingly common approach, it might be a great answer for your particular customisation project and it can help keep the costs down into the bargain.

Nice thick shirt
This is thick material, which is what my husband wanted. Didn’t shrink after wash and dry. Nice blue color.

These cotton t-shirts have a nice feel to them.
I did NOT try them on before I washed them and my 2XL t-shirts fit perfectly, but I do believe they shrunk about 1/2 size from just looking at them but boy do they feel nice when you put them on!!
