Today I went to my friend’s house and gathered up Zoey and her bull calf, Zoey’s yearling heifer Dorie, Adella and her heifer Ella, Charlotte and her bull calf and a yearling heifer, Darbie and brought them over to the pasture with my Red Poll bull and his 9 girls. Cows Not Today Heifer Shirt! My 3 smallest cows and 2 Jersey x Dexter heifers were at my friends place for a 7.5 week long stay with her Jersey bull (formerly my Jersey bull, Boone). My Maggie cow had a good looking heifer calf today! Momma and baby are both doing great. Maggie is the daughter of my oldest cow, Josie, and both are the smaller Jersey cows which I absolutely love. Shes teeny tiny like her brother born recently. This is our 3rd heifer in two weeks and fourth in a month out of our bull Gus! We have several more cows due this month.
