I’ve spent weeks toying around with ideas Biden’s Greatest Accomplishment Is Showing Trump 2024 T-Shirt for my Word of the Year for 2024, trying on different words for size to see if there was something that really resonated. And then it came to me (whilst looking at the Thesaurus at another option that didn’t feel quite right), that my word should be… I bang on about harmony all the time in my colour and style consultations, doing image consultant training, and generally, because everything that aligns with you, that is in balance with you, your personality, your colouring, your body, your lifestyle, and location are in harmony. As a former musician, I love harmony, it makes my body feel happy and relaxed. When I see colour combinations that work together – both with each other, and the person who is wearing them,it makes me feel relaxed at a gut level. I always feel it at my core. Harmony feels like it brings some ease (and I’d love some of that too), it brings quiet satisfaction rather than frustration and angst. I already work hard (my husband thinks too hard), and so focusing on what creates harmony rather than doing for the sake of doing, is something that I think would be worthwhile for me. I’ve spent 2023 cultivating some new skills (learned some watercolour painting, really started sewing again and getting some of my old skills back), cultivated relationships with new and old friends, as well as trying to cultivate the seeds that have been sewn in the past making incremental improvements to programs and courses. I’d love to spend 2024 helping you find harmony with your own style (it’s personal for a reason), to find out who you are on the inside, and show you how to express it on the outside – in glorious harmony. If you’re still looking for your Word of the Year for 2024 here’s an inspirational list (of course there are so many more words than what’s on this but it’s a great place to start, then you can, like I did, move to the Thesaurus to find alternatives that maybe align even more with how you’re feeling about what you’d love more of in your life). You could look at finding a word that’s one of your values, so that you make sure that you don’t stray from your best path. Or it could be setting a word as your intention for the year. There is no one right way of deciding on your word (or it could be a phrase if that floats your boat), do what feels right for you.

For me, leopard print is a print I only occasionally wear and so provides a feeling of variety and difference in my wardrobe and outfit. Biden’s Greatest Accomplishment Is Showing Trump 2024 T-Shirt If you have a greater need for variety and uncertainty, then you are more likely to want a wider variety of styles of clothing in your wardrobe, and you may not be able to plan ahead in the same way Jill can. One of the things I’ve noticed with myself and my clients when life is full of instability and uncertainty, you are more likely to hold onto a style or have a more “uniformed” approach to your style. It feels safer, and when you feel that you have no control over anything else in your life, then feeling like you have some control over your outfits can give you a nice hit of feel-good hormones (serotonin, dopamine), that you have control over something in your life. Now if you are going through a period of great stability in your life, it can become boring, and this is when you may start craving variety of some sort. For some of us, this results in wanting a big change in our wardrobe or look, or different kinds of outfits every day. We need to shake things up, do something different, may decide to change our hair in a more radical way, or buy clothes that are nothing like what we currently own in our wardrobes. If you have a possibilities brain, you may find it almost impossible to let go of clothes, and have a large and cluttered wardrobe that may feel overwhelming at times.I have found that some NP types find it very hard to let go, so creating your own criteria that allow you to let go of clothing that no longer serves you or your lifestyle is worth figuring out. Whether it’s finding a charity that you really feel is worthy of your clothing, or understanding that those clothes that no longer fit you (and are unlikely to fit you again in the near future) are worth letting go of. One strategy I use with my clients like this who feel that it’s almost impossible to let go of items that are too small, is that we pack them away, then write a Used By date on the bag or box, and then if they have not been seeking out those clothes before that used-by date – that once that date passes, they let go of the bag of clothes, don’t open and look at them again (that gets the emotions and possibilities going again making it harder to let go), just like you’d let go of out of date food without looking back.

Good for walking
I use this product for my morning walks. There are no sidewalks where I live, so one has to walk in the street. This bright color catches the eye of motorists…unless, of course, they’re color blind…

easy to wash and dry
nothing to dislike about the shirts. My husband is very hard on t-shirts in the shop and I keep replacing them so he looks decent. He gets glue, or gelcoat, or paint, or tears, or grease on them.
These look nice, washed nicely, dried looking very nice. Likely will order more.
