How many viral items can you pack into one outfit? Bella Hadid says four. Today, the model stepped out today on the streets of New York City wearing a cornucopia of must-haves. The most visible was a pair of Playboy-print pants that showed a cover from 1970 featuring the model Debbie Ellison, which she styled with a belly-baring cropped white top. The saucy pants are actually a collaboration between Playboy and the Danish brand Soulland and were released in September, 2019. (While the pants are sold out, you can get a bowling shirt with an XXL picture of the magazine plastered on the front.)
Another viral item? Hadid decided to take the beloved “Bushwick Birkin,” a small bag by the New York-based label Telfar, for a spin. It’s an affordable carryall that comes in a small, medium, and large sizes, as well as a rainbow of muted colors. It’s been deemed an it-bag of cool kids. (And perhaps Hadid took a cue from her brother Anwar’s girlfriend, pop star Dua Lipa, who sported a delicious large yellow version back in January at the airport.) Want one for yourself? There’s good news and bad news about the bag: It’s affordable thanks to a modest price range of $150 to $257 but every version on the Telfar site is sold-out. Let’s keep tabs on that.
Amid times of COVID-19, Hadid artfully accessorized her look with a safety-first face mask. The face mask in question is by Chrome Hearts, whose name is visible on the straps and a faint Chrome Hearts insignia was monogrammed on the front. The price for the mask isn’t known—although we’d imagine it is in the triple digits based on the brand’s typical pricing. Hadid finished off the look with everyone’s favorite piece of tech, a sturdy pair of Apple wire earphones. Those will only set you back $29.99, and come with a warranty. Chic!
