Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid Bring California Couple Style to the East Coast

Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid’s romance blossomed this summer, something they marked with a bold couple style right from the get-go; on multiple occasions, the duo have even been spotted sharing the same vintage Blue Jays cardigan. More recently, the singer and the model were spotted in New York City yesterday, presumably in town for Fashion Week—and while they did not match per se, their outfits did riff off of the exact same style vibe: an easy-breezy, Californian approach.

Lipa wore a one-shouldered top with Chanel’s double-CC logo on it; a high-fashion take on the trending cheap tank top worn by Bella Hadid, among others. She styled it with high-waisted jeans, comfy sneakers, and a structured top-handled bag that had “Dealer” written on it. (A dealer of what, exactly, remains a mystery.) Hadid, meanwhile, matched her L.A. vibe with a California-stamped long sleeve tee, skater-style yellow checkered pants, and dirty Converse low-tops. Looks like their official couples style is leaning towards a grungy, Venice Beach-inspired look—even on the other side of the country.
