So, how can you effortlessly redirect focus and elevate your style game while feeling utterly empowered? Let’s dive into some fun and creative strategies that not only add a dash of flair but also make you shine like the star you are!. Let’s start by redirecting attention toward your radiant face. Imagine wearing a signature color around your neck or shoulders, like a stunning necklace or a scarf in your favorite hue that brings out your eyes and makes you shine. When someone looks at you, their eyes will naturally be drawn upwards, focusing on your beautiful face. This simple technique is like framing a masterpiece – your face becomes the centerpiece, radiating confidence and allure. Ever notice how statement earrings can steal the show? These little works of art have the power to captivate and mesmerize. By adorning your ears with striking, eye-catching earrings, you’re subtly guiding attention toward your face. Whether it’s intricate metallic designs, colorful gemstones, or unique shapes, these earrings create an irresistible focal point that elevates your overall look. Scarves are not just for keeping warm; they’re a versatile style tool. A vibrant scarf can transform a basic outfit into a masterpiece. Draped around your neck, it becomes a frame for your smile, and when tied as a headband, it draws attention to your expressive eyes. Plus, scarves come in a myriad of patterns, textures, and colors, giving you endless options to express your personal style while cleverly directing attention. If you wear glasses, why not make them a standout accessory? Bold and bright frames can be an effective way to divert attention to your eyes. Choosing frames that contrast with your hair color or eye color can create a captivating contrast, instantly making your eyes the center of attention. It’s like showcasing a beautiful painting in an elegant frame. Shoulders are an elegant canvas waiting to be adorned. Tops or dresses with intricate shoulder details, such as ruffles, embellishments, or cutouts, naturally draw attention to this area. The eyes are naturally attracted to movement and embellishments, making your shoulders a delightful focal point that effortlessly elevates your overall look. Never underestimate the power of a vibrant lipstick shade! A bold lip color not only brightens your face but also guides attention to your radiant smile. It’s like a warm invitation to engage in conversation. Plus, experimenting with different lipstick shades can be a playful way to express your mood and style, boosting your confidence in the process. Busy patterns, when strategically placed, can cleverly divert attention from areas you want to downplay. A vibrant pattern draws the eye and keeps it moving, preventing it from lingering on specific spots. This dynamic visual effect ensures that no single area becomes the sole focus, allowing you to feel at ease and confidently shine. Remember, style is all about celebrating your unique attributes and feeling fabulous in your own skin. These strategies are like your secret arsenal of confidence-boosters, designed to empower you to showcase your best features and shine with authenticity. So, whether you’re donning vibrant earrings, tying a chic scarf, or rocking a bright lipstick, know that every choice you make is a step towards embracing your true self and confidently navigating the world of fashion. Embrace these tools, experiment with what resonates with your style, and most importantly, enjoy the journey of self-expression!

Some of us have a good relationship with shopping, whilst others have a more fractured relationship with shopping. Bruhtees Trump 199 Headshot T-shirt Many have a more unconscious relationship. Your type is not a predictor of all behaviours and certainly can’t tell you what outfits you’ll choose to wear, but it does tell you about your approach to style. This is because it’s key to helping you how you best perceive, or bring in information around you, and then how you prefer to make decisions. Shopping (like many activities) is a constant vacillation between taking in what’s available and then making decisions about what you want. Depending on which is more dominant for you – either perceiving and wanting to continue to gather more information, to see more options, to find out what else is available for you, or your judging/decision making, wanting to make a decision more quickly and move onto the next thing, this will make how you shop a different experience from someone else with a different type code. For those who are Judging dominant, too many options can feel overwhelming very easily and so can make it hard to make a decision, as Jill says, all those options make it feel like you’re drinking from a fire hydrant, it’s all too much. For perceiving dominant people, if you’re forced into a decision too quickly you don’t feel confident with the decision as you’ve never got to the end of the exploration, the end of taking in data. Or sometimes you’re taking in so much data, always looking at one more website or one more store, and so it becomes impossible to make any decision as there is a never-ending set of possibilities in this modern internet age. For Jill, whose signature print is leopard, she has to be wary that just because she finds a leopard print item, doesn’t mean that it has to come home with her (she may have something very similar already, it may not be as great a fabric or construction that she’d ideally like, the garment may not fit well), her own personal criteria of other aspects of style are all things she has to consider when shopping for clothes. Sometimes we can make a decision too quickly and regret it, and other times never make a decision and regret that as well!. If you get stuck in “analysis paralysis” then this is an indicator that you’re stuck in your perceiving function and you need to bring your judging function into the equation to provide balance and actually make a decision. This is key to helping you get unstuck, or to make the best decisions for you when shopping as you can then run any decision past this criteria.
