Kim Kardashian West Celebrates Kris Jenner’s Birthday with a Mom-and-Me (and Fendi) Slideshow

Happy birthday, Kris Jenner! The business mogul and momager to the Kardashians turns 64 today. To mark the big day, daughter Kim Kardashian West took to Instagram to celebrate Jenner with a special message—“You are the best mom in the entire world,” she wrote—and a new photo series that showcases a matching mother-daughter fashion moment.
The photos show the duo sitting on a couch, both dressed in white tops, black pants, and similar Fendi boots. Kardashian West’s pair were thigh-high and monogrammed while Jenner chose a more discreet, western-inspired plaid style. Jenner did opt for a bit of logomania in a different way, however: her leather purse had a monogrammed Fendi strap that mimicked her daughter’s shoes. (Kardashian West is seen with the same purse, too.)
Kim’s heartfelt birthday message thanked her mom for caring for their large family. “I don’t know how you do it!” she wrote. “Seriously my love and respect for you grows every single day seeing how you manage to take care of 6 kids, a million grand kids and make everyone feel so loved and special. You’ve given us the tools to be the best we can be and have taught us that kindness rules the world!” Clearly, Jenner has taught Kardashian West a thing or two about fashion as well, given their shared commitment to wearing head-to-toe designer clothing.
